Overview

Read carefully refunds and exchanges policy for products purchased from CoverWala. Advance amount for accessories is non-refundable, and refunds will only be issued if the product is unavailable or out of stock. Customers are allowed to exchange a product before it is shipped, but not after it has been delivered. Refunds are made via bank transfer or Bkash, and exchanges are possible upon evaluation by customer service. Advance acceptance amounts and delivery charges for orders, including free delivery for full payments made inside Dhaka or Dhaka City.

Procedures of Refund

  • For accessories, the advance amount is totally not refundable.
  • Only in the case of unavailability of the product or Out Of Stock status, We will refund the full amount.
  • If the customer informs us before shipping the product then he will be able to change product but he will not be able to take moneyback facility.
  • If we ship the product and after that the customer wants to cancel the product, we will not give any refund and also customer will not be able to change to another product.
  • If anyhow the customer receives the product and wants to change into another product (Before opening) we will change the product for him if he brings the product to us within 72 hours.
  • Please Notice, from the date of your order, You must make the request for refund within 3 working days. No request will be accepted after the mentioned period.

Refund process for online gateway payment

  • If the payment is completed through SSL comm. Online gateway then the refund will be processed according to SSL Comm. Refund policy.
  • If the Customer wants instant refund (within 24 hours) after completing the payment through SSl comm. He/She will only get the product price as refund. CoverWala will not take any liability of online gateway / EMI charge.

What is the Refund Mode?​

  • Refunds are made through BANK TRANSFER & Bkash.

Can you request an exchange rather than a refund?

  • If you prefer to exchange your product, just inform our Customer Service. We will evaluate and guide you for the next steps.
  • If CoverWala fails to deliver a product after confirming the order due to market unavailability, CoverWala will refund the payment within 24 Hours.
  • Customers will only get the product price as refund (website price). CoverWala will not take any liability of any online gateway charge / EMI charge / Bkash charge/ Nagad charge/ Bank charge.

Orders and Delivery Charges (For a Limited Time)

  • Advance acceptance amounts for product orders: Accessories can be picked up through Cash on Delivery (COD) in Dhaka Metro only, with no advance payment required.
  • Full payment for any accessory item made inside Dhaka or Dhaka City entitles free delivery, while Cash on Delivery orders will be charged Tk 60/-, and delivered within 72 hours (subject to change in special cases).

Note: Orders for any product must be placed by 5.00 pm. Any product order after 5.00 pm will be treated as a next day order.

  • Full payment for any accessory outside Dhaka entitles free delivery, but partial payment will be charged Tk 100/-, and special case conditions will apply as per the courier company rules.
